Esports Comes to Meadowhall
The Association for Online Gamers has brought its Esports Development Programme to Meadowhall from April 4th to 7th, offering free gameplay of FC24 or Fortnite. This initiative is part of a half-term showcase aiming to educate young people aged 13-16 about the benefits of esports, including developing self-confidence, social skills, and mental resilience. The programme, which is approved for the Duke Of Edinburgh’s Award, offers a 32-week course with weekly online sessions.
